We were staying in town for a week and this store saved us a couple of times in getting food to eat… it stays open the latest. The other grocery stores close too early for us returning from travelling by train to visit other places in Switzerland. I’m sure the prices are higher than the coop or migros but they have a decent selection and they have better hours for people who get back late in the day. We got fresh bread and lunchmeat and fruit and salad and chips and yogurt and could have gotten more… great little convenience store.
Good team, but the opening hours on the website are completely wrong. According to the website, they're open until 10 pm on Saturdays. It's 9:12 pm and they're closed!!
Closed at 5:55. But it clearly says "Open 5:30" on the door. The baked goods are stale and hard. Please sort this out.
I wanted to go to Avec at 8 PM and it was closed?!?!??!

You've improved tremendously. Bravo! Thank you for the very friendly and fast service. I'm upgrading my rating to 5 stars for that. That used to be: The store is packed, people want to quickly buy a coffee or croissant before catching the train. There's only one lady at the cash register, and she's overwhelmed. The manager is there and sees it, but she can't get to the cash register. The coffee machine can dispense two coffees at once, but there are user issues. Poorly organized.
