I should have listened to the bad reviews before I bought something here. I bought a single roll of film sold to me with the box open. I’ve never had any issues with film but this one did not have the film sticking out so I could NOT load it, it was basically an unusable roll of film. I went back to return it and the owner called me a liar and said we would never sell something like that to someone. Please DO NOT GO HERE, the owner is incredibly rude and miserable and raised her voice at me, wouldn’t even hear me out.

My children and I stopped in to look at souvenirs, but the woman working there yelled at us from the back of the store not to touch anything. We found this unwelcoming and chose to take our business elsewhere.

Extremely rude owner. Girlfriend tried on two scarves and she told us to stop trying them on. Why shop here when there’s plenty of stores in town selling the same items at a better price. The shop also smells awful

I felt reassured after reading the reviews. I was going to buy it, but the lady’s attitude was so rude that I decided not to. I feel that her basic attitude toward business is really lacking!

I stopped in a few times today and have nothing but wonderful things to note about my experience here. The shop keeper was very kind and patient with me and my friend as we shopped. We found the prices of the souvenirs to be fairly price in direct comparison to many other shops that we’ve been to (in Grindelwald, Interlaken, Breinz, and Lauterbrunnen). We ended up returning a second time to buy a few more items before leaving town. Very nice shop. Very well organized. Kind shop keeper. Great selection.

extremely rude, almost thought the owner was joking she was so nasty, son was looking at cowbells to purchase since hapf of them were messed up and she came up, snatched it out of his hand. While my friend was checking out I sat down on a step outside and she tood us "this is a shoo, not a sitting place you have to move", then ran off another customer. Fun place to go for a laugh at how extreme she is but would not spend money there.
