I came in a bit of a rush because my snowboard bindings had broken. The staff listened to me, inspected the problem, and found a solution. As my binding is special, the repairer had to use the spare parts he had in stock to come up with a solution. It took him a while, but he was polite and humorous throughout. I was able to leave with a repaired binding. The work was very professional and the staff were attentive to my needs.

Sled rental for 8CHF, which is quite affordable in my opinion! Staff were really friendly and helpful too! They also helped us to store our belongings while we sledded.

This place has a bunch of local neat souvenirs, and winter rentals. I actually only rented the little wooden sleds (winter season). $7 for 24 hours. The lady working there was really nice and helpful.

Darling souvenir shop with good prices, but avoid the alpine flower seeds if you’re from the US: They don’t have the necessary certifications to bring back with you and will be confiscated at customs.
