The Domaine de l'Hôpital de Soleure is located in Le Landeron in the Canton of Neuchâtel. It has been managed for many years by Christoph Kaser. With his team, he produces high-quality, precise, and characterful wines. I recommend tasting his Chasselas, of course, but also his Pinot Noir and an exceptional Merlot. In fact, the best way to experience his wines is to taste them all, but it's best to make an appointment beforehand.
