We were in Ligerz on Open Wine Cellar Day and tasted various wines. For all of us (6 people), the white wines from the Martin Biovin winery were by far the best. All of the white wines we tasted were well-suited to our tastes. The price/performance ratio is also absolutely top-notch.
With incredible passion, they produce a rich range of wonderful organic wines. My favorite: Le Blanc de Vincent, powerfully dry, with the power of a fine Arneis.

A very warm, welcoming man, ready to give lots of explanations about these products... speaks Swiss German but gets by very, very well in French. I will definitely go back.
