Our request was handled quickly and communication was seamless. Ms. Jaccottet took ample time to answer our questions and provide explanations during the notarization, which proved invaluable to us, even afterward. Our impression: a rural, family-run office that is truly dedicated to its clients. We felt well-supported throughout this new and complex situation.
We visited the notary's office of Jaccottet Kaiser to have our signatures notarized. Instead of being invited into an office, we had to wait in the entrance area and sign while standing in a narrow hallway. The entire process seemed unprofessional and disrespectful. The prior communication via email and telephone was fine. We had expected a significantly more professional service from a notary.
We wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Kaiser from the Jaccottet notary office. His professional expertise and personal approach were invaluable during the challenging sale of our property. Mr. Kaiser works with utmost professionalism, diligence, and efficiency. He was always readily available and promptly addressed our concerns. He provides outstanding support and advice. We are extremely grateful to Mr. Kaiser for his dedicated service!
Ms. Obrecht is a highly experienced lawyer specializing in divorce, alimony, and child and adult protection proceedings. She seeks pragmatic solutions and is not interested in lengthy, costly litigation. However, she won't let the opposing party take advantage of her. Unfortunately, I've had to seek her help several times. Highly recommended!
Mr. Kaiser was very friendly and competent. He answered all our questions confidently. I highly recommend him and the notary's office. Thank you!
No comment. Not recommended for family law...or anything else. In my opinion, they operate in a gray area and are only interested in earning many hours with clients. They forget to include a power of attorney, don't check whether the client is competent to act at almost 90 years old, and should be referred to the Swiss Civil Code (ZGB). I wouldn't recommend them.
