Very strange! A salesman came by unannounced – with a bottle of wine and some brochures. He apparently wanted to speak to a woman, but the man opened the door for him. When he saw the woman wasn't home, he insisted on asking for her. He even said he'd come back. He left the brochures behind, but not the bottle of wine! Please don't come again!
I'm extremely disappointed. Having recently moved to this region, I asked to receive the catalog and (as I have for years!) to place a Christmas order with Bofrost. It was agreed that someone would come in December. I received neither the catalog nor was I able to place my Christmas order. Therefore, I'm a very disappointed long-time Bofrost customer from Huttwil.
I don't understand the one-star rating, as I'm very satisfied. Unfortunately, there's no reason given for the poor rating. I'm from Seeland, and "my" BoFrost is in Burgdorf. Very nice customer service, friendly and reliable delivery person. Impeccable product.
Recently ordered and today test ate, tastes simply sensational:) Gladly again in the future
