Feedback on an Experience of Discrimination at Your Branch Dear Management I am writing to report a regrettable incident that occurred at your branch on May 24, 2025. I was there at 6:30 p.m. and experienced inappropriate treatment from one of your employees, which I consider discriminatory. Regarding the incident: I was asked to remove my vehicle without any apparent reason. Meanwhile, another customer with lighter skin in the same situation was not addressed. This left me with the impression of being treated differently because of my skin color. Such behavior contradicts both the spirit and the principles of equal treatment enshrined in Swiss law. In light of this incident, I request: A statement regarding my experience. An apology from the employee involved and a statement from your company. An internal review and, if necessary, the implementation of measures in accordance with labor law (e.g., training or other consequences). Implementing awareness training for your team to prevent future incidents of this kind. I look forward to your feedback and a constructive discussion on this topic.
