Customer-friendly, yes, to begin with, but they don't listen to the customer. I, along with my friends and family, all wanted to support the workshop. We'll never go back to Baur again. Agreements made that weren't kept, unnecessary replacement work that wasn't needed, unnecessary minor tweaks to increase the bill even further. A real shame. Never again.
