I took my e-bike in for service. At the first appointment, the work wasn't done; a part was supposed to be ordered. The e-bike wasn't charged. :) I only found this out when I picked it up. At the second appointment, the work was done, but unfortunately, I didn't test it; I just rode back with the gears grinding.
The saddle bracket was broken. When I brought the bike in, they repaired it on the spot for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
