Not recommended until further notice! - I'm receiving bills even though I wasn't treated by you during that period (my file review already shows approximately 8 bills), and this despite the fact that the two doctors, when I did see them, had absolutely no idea about me or my medical history. - Furthermore, last fall, after my hip surgery, they gave me incorrect recovery diagnoses that contradicted the information provided by the surgeon/doctor at the hospital. - Prescription medications were dispensed to me in the wrong dosage (not as prescribed), and when I tried to correct this and returned the medication, I was still billed for both medications. - - Furthermore, I wanted a referral to an allergist for evaluation, but the practice pressured me into a preliminary appointment. During this appointment, the doctor told me I shouldn't keep a cat and that if I suspected a cat allergy, I should probably give my cat away. - My elderly neighbor also left the practice wanting her medical records, which they refused to give her because they apparently couldn't find them. They sent her away without them. Overall, it's a sad state of affairs that a once excellent practice can go downhill so drastically.
My mother is a patient at the Zelgli practice. As a cancer patient, she is treated at Inselspital and receives her medication there or goes for acute cases. Today, she wanted to get simple painkillers (Dafalgan) there, but was refused for no apparent reason. Instead, they tried to force her to make an appointment with a doctor. This is pure harassment and completely unpatient-oriented. Only through my personal appearance as a relative and considerable pressure on my part were the medications finally dispensed. The tone in the practice is disrespectful, unprofessional, and anything but solution-oriented. I have worked there myself and can confirm that a lot of things are wrong behind the scenes. Patient friendliness and empathy are foreign concepts there. I cannot recommend this practice in any way.
Endless waiting time, and when you finally get in, completely strange things happen. The practice used to be better managed; it's a real shame for a village like Madiswil.
Since the previous team all left the group practice at once, most of the patients have switched to other practices. Even if you're the only patient, you have to wait forever. I wonder if these so-called doctors aren't actually actors pretending to be doctors. No doctor can be that incompetent and so overwhelmed by a computer. It's such a shame; the group practice was so great until Medaxo took it over. Since then, it's been downhill... first for the employees, who subsequently quit, and then for the patients as well. Update: We are no longer patients at this incompetent practice, but we're still receiving bills even though we weren't there at the time. The same thing is happening to other patients. Probably because they hardly have any patients left and therefore aren't making enough money.
An absolute disgrace! In this practice, the medical assistants simply address you informally without any respect. As a patient, I expect professionalism, not "what's expected." If you dare to point this out, you're dismissed with rudeness and disrespect. The doctors barely speak German and are shockingly incompetent in their field. You can't bother with the phones; practically no one ever answers. Anyone who goes here should probably completely set their expectations of decency, medical expertise, respect, and accessibility to zero. To me, this is an outrage and has absolutely nothing to do with serious medical care!
Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with the Zellglied practice in Madiswil. • My phone calls were repeatedly unanswered, which made communication extremely difficult. • As a patient, I was consistently addressed informally, even though I didn't want this. • When I inquired why promised documents hadn't arrived, the response was very aggressive. • Furthermore, discussed issues weren't addressed directly as agreed; instead, I had to take care of them myself. Personally, I found this neither professional nor customer-oriented.
