We bought an apartment from Meilenstein. An unrelated water damage incident from August 2nd, 2025, has been waiting to be resolved for seven months. A neighbor's pool overflowed and flooded the basements. There have been several oversights by the architectural firm commissioned by Meilenstein. Meilenstein is unwilling to finally resolve this matter. Their communication is anything but polite. Never again Meilenstein!
Warning: "Mile-strength" will quickly turn into "mile-horror" for you. Mr. Schoch comes across as unprofessional and is easily overwhelmed. If you are looking for peace and reliability, you should avoid this company.
I arrived at the agreed time for the apartment viewing, but Mr. Schoch didn't even show up – pure amateurism...
Mr. Schob is helpful, punctual and professional in all legal matters and notarial procedures, highly recommended!
