Friendly customer service - but it simply takes a long time to receive useful feedback or necessary documents.
They know how to rip off the people of Meilen and the surrounding area. Hidden price increases. They advertise: "Starting in 2024, customers will benefit from a transparent and straightforward flat rate." What they fail to mention is that the flat rate, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, is now higher than the previous high rate from 2023! Prices 2023 (incl. VAT) Miles: NT 22.56 cents/kWh HT 30.64 cents/kWh Uetikon: NT 22.72 cents/kWh HT 30.80 cents/kWh Prices 2024 (incl. VAT) Miles: 33.13 cents/kWh Uetikon: 33.29 cents/kWh Base: "Renewable Energy" I'm asking the public where we can benefit? From the flat rate, which is now more expensive than the previous high rate? Unfortunately, customers can't "yet" switch providers. Monopoly sets the price!
Energy supplier located on the right bank of Lake Zurich with modern infrastructure and moderate energy prices. It supplies the municipality of Uetikon am See with approximately 22 GWh and offers a portfolio of various 100% renewable energy products.
