Do not believe the published opening hours. On a Saturday, 25 minutes before closing they were already turning people away. With 10 minutes to go there was no queue at all, but still they turned people away. The website should be updated if the workforce are obeying a different schedule.
Always friendly and extremely helpful, whether it's helping with bulky material or making sure the material people bring in ends up safely in the right place. Customer service is so excellent, I feel you could teach a lot of shops something about how to deal with customers.
Very positive experience with Schneider Umweltservice (Mulde transport). Intuitive website, super easy and fast to order a container, friendly driver, pick up on time and even cheaper than the competitors. Bravo!
It's a really convenient recycling place. Easy access, easy parking. The staff is always helpful and will lend a hand if you have something heavy or bulky. It would be nice if it was open a little longer on Saturdays, but otherwise it's fine.
Generally Schneider provides a great service. My one complaint is the opening hours, which are not very convenient for a household of employed people. Since they close at 5pm I can never go during the week, and have to do all the recycling at the weekend.
The place is clean, easy to access and the staff is very nice, especially Jovan (hope I am spelling it right). In addition to speak English, he is always very helpful and smiling!
