Schlagenhauf is officially present on our construction site – recognizable by their container. In reality, however, they are virtually invisible. Instead of a clear presence, leadership, or transparent work, the only question left for us tenants is: What are they actually doing? Particularly critical: The collaboration with SIS Baumanagement, whose approach is characterized by delays, chaos, and a lack of transparency. Anyone who engages with such partners shares responsibility for the situation on site. One would have expected an established company like Schlagenhauf to bring professionalism and structure to a project. Instead, the impression is created that they are merely running in the background, without visibly creating solutions. My conclusion: Anyone who hires Schlagenhauf should ask themselves whether mere presence is enough – or whether they need a partner who actually takes action.

I wouldn't recommend it! Unprofessional and not customer-focused! Many external NO-NAME companies hired by Schlagenhauf end up coming to your home to do the work! Work is deliberately forgotten, but the bill remains high! Not comparable to Schlagenhauf about 20 years ago...

The company no longer needs to accept customer orders. The estate administrator placed an order five times, and I personally wrote and called twice. This all happened within two months. No response. The company may already be in the hands of the estate administrator, so be careful. The order was passed on to another company, which contacted me within three hours. That's customer service.

Due to a change of tenants, repair work was necessary. The two young women (Sabrina Gruber and an apprentice) are very friendly, motivated, and reliable, and they worked cleanly and precisely. The same applies to the project manager who accepted the order on site. We have been customers of Schlagenhauf since 1987 and have always been very satisfied.
