We had our roof windows replaced by FMG Friedli Montagen GmbH. From the very first contact, the company made a highly competent and professional impression – exactly what you'd expect from a dynamic, modern, and efficient company. During the on-site consultation, samples were used to show us the different roof window materials, and the respective advantages and disadvantages were clearly explained. The scheduled installation date had to be postponed twice due to the weather. Both times, this was done as far in advance as possible, and we were always offered a suitable alternative date. Communication was always open, and we were kept fully informed at all times. During the installation, the team worked very efficiently and cleanly, were always friendly, and provided expert information. A few days after completion, the owner personally inspected the work of his crew and conducted a brief final inspection. Before awarding the contract, we obtained several quotes from different companies. Comparing the quotes, it became clear that not all contractors had included all necessary work steps or materials (whether intentionally or not, we don't know). FMG Friedli Montagen GmbH submitted a very comprehensive and detailed quote and was priced in the upper third of the price range. For us, it's not just the price that matters, but the overall package, because cheaper options are always available. => Good work should be well compensated. The final invoice was fair (not everything quoted was needed) and was a few hundred francs lower than the original quote. *We will definitely consider this company again and recommend them without hesitation.*
