Instead of giving me the contact information for the relevant department, they told me my thermometer was inaccurate, that my apartment wouldn't get any warmer anyway, and that I was too sensitive to the cold. Absolutely unprofessional service and a terrible impression. First, they cut me off, then repeatedly and deliberately brake-checked me on the highway on-ramp. If this is supposed to represent the interests, the image, and the quality of your company... I can only say good luck with employees like that.

Every morning at 7 a.m., the vacuum cleaner repeatedly bangs against the stair railing. This is unacceptable! Every single time! You can hear it throughout the entire building. The worst and most expensive building maintenance service there is!!!
