Excellent service. The chain on my e-bike broke. I emailed them to ask about the price, and they replied promptly, asking me to bring the old chain. I did, and when I arrived, they told me they could repair it and it would only take a few minutes to get the bike working again. It was all done in two minutes. Everything works perfectly, and it cost a fraction of the price they quoted me by email because 1. it was much faster, and 2. they didn't need a new chain. Fantastic service. Super friendly. Keep it up!
One of the employees loosened the chain tensioner and we didn't notice it at first until it fell off while driving.
