Super helpful staff. They have helped me numerous times. Recently bought a Specialized Rockhopper Elite 29er & they were kind enough to get it in the colorway that I wanted from another Febru outlet. They have also helped me maintain my Specialized Roubaix over the time. Love the store & the best part is that it's in my neighbourhood.

I used this shop for a service and hadn’t really used my bike much since. When I checked it and a friend (pro bike mechanic) looked at it. I realise the mechanic at the shop didn’t have any clue. He changed the chain without the rear cassette, told me the brakes couldn’t be better and there was air in the system (he couldn’t have checked), I also discovered the case on the bottom of the motor is broken (too late to go back). It also makes a noise and it was the rear suspension bushes and he said it couldn’t be repaired. Very poor and very expensive ca. 300CHF😥

A hidden gem of a bike shop around Zug. Really. Were very happy to help me out with a canyon road bike and have an excellent selection of soft and hard goods. Great wrenches who were happy to chat about bike stuff, too.

I've been to that bike shop twice already. The first time, I was completely satisfied with the advice and service. The second time, I was at the shop between 3:00 and 4:00 PM with my bike for a possible tire change (because I felt the tire was wearing down – longer braking distance; I was aware of the two marks in the tire tread). I was told to schedule an appointment for the next day without them even looking at the bike. So, the next morning, I went to the shop as agreed. They explained the two marks to me and said the tire would be fine until they wore down, and then they quickly tightened the wheel for me (a quick fix). Technically, everything was correct, the job was done, but I didn't need to go to the shop twice for the same service. What would have required an appointment the day before was done in two minutes the next day...
