The website offers general energy consulting for private homes (see appendix). I thought long and hard about whether I should use this service or consult an independent energy consultant. Since I wasn't keen on buying a PV system, which Laveba itself sells, my interest was very limited.

If you try to constructively change something, you inevitably run into problems with management (Mr. F.), who then spouts off with phrases like "yes, yes, we'll pass it on," but you can be pretty sure your request will simply end up in the trash. Extremely customer-unfriendly. I certainly won't be buying from Laveba or similar companies again.
