Unfortunately, we've had bad experiences. Every year, one apartment was forgotten to be cleaned. Problems also arose after the cleaning, indicating that it wasn't done properly. After another apartment was forgotten this year, we tried to reach Mr. Horner several times without success! He never responded to our voicemail message either! We've now found a different chimney sweep.
