Competent, authentic, and transparent. Pädu does an excellent job and works very conscientiously. Unfortunately, such behavior is often lacking among recruitment agencies these days. If you want to work, he gives you the chance. He stands up for his clients like a true shepherd. He deals with any bad apples consistently, which I want to emphasize. Many agencies are only interested in profit and place anyone they can find. Pädu isn't just interested in the placement fee; he's concerned with ensuring the right person is in the right place.
