The level of unprofessionalism is unparalleled. I've been waiting for a package for weeks. Every phone call I make is fruitless, as I only receive an email saying "the package is being held by customs." When I called Swiss customs, they told me they didn't have a package from me. Today, after weeks of stalling and misinformation, UPS is demanding proof of payment, which I already filled out weeks ago. This company is absolutely awful and has no clue what it's doing or how to treat its customers.
