I really like this store chain. I found the staff very friendly in Münsingen. But... I was disappointed by the selection, which is much larger in a big city. I think the store layout is rather poor, and what's more, I went during the Green Days sale, advertised on the app as 50% off the new autumn collection, and I felt like I was shopping the summer sales because the selection was so meager compared to what I'd seen on the app.

The lady with the shoulder-length hair and glasses should finally learn to greet customers and stop using her personal cell phone on the charging pad. This is the second time at the checkout she's been fiddling with her phone instead of ringing me up. And she's unfriendly on top of it. It's a shame... I actually like Münsingen, and the manager is always very nice and great to me.

Unfortunately, we didn't notice that the store was almost closing time because we were engrossed in all the cool dresses. They didn't say that the store would be closing soon or anything else. As we walked to the checkout, the saleswoman said that if we wanted anything else, we should pay now in a very nasty tone, saying that she wanted to finish work on time and not stay any longer because of us. My mother then said that we shouldn't pay for the dresses and leave them there so that the lady didn't have to work overtime just for us. She then said that we were welcome to complain. In the end, the lady scanned the items and we paid for the dresses. We left the store at 6:33 p.m. If the nice lady hadn't made such a fuss, we definitely would have left on time without the 3 minutes of overtime. We're not coming back!

I did my shopping this morning and found a 50% discount coupon in my mailbox when I got home. 30 minutes after shopping, I called to request the discount be applied retroactively (one hour after I'd already made the purchase). However, Chicorée is being uncooperative and is essentially blaming customers. Very disappointed and not at all customer-friendly.

Good location, close to the train station and the main street. Good selection, but a bit confusing, in my opinion. The staff is friendly and helpful. Otherwise, the store is like the other branches. Prices are affordable for good fashion.
