Always top-notch. It's great that the staff from the former Bike-X has been retained. This time, I had a problem with the electronic Shimano gearshift on a Friday afternoon and was allowed to come and see it, even though work wouldn't have allowed it until the following week. The problem was quickly resolved together. Always helpful and willing to compromise, very friendly staff. Good advice, fair prices. Thank you, and see you next time!
