Very disappointed!! Tibag AG listed the wrong price for our dream apartment. We ended up getting the apartment and terminated our lease, and we already had a new tenant. The rental agreement suddenly stated a significantly higher rent! We were left without an apartment and only had three months to find one! Tibag AG offered us no help, and we didn't even receive a sincere apology. Absolutely not recommended!
Ms. Stafelbach from this company wanted me to order a new debt enforcement extract because mine was two months old. And then, two days later, I received a cancellation before the extract had even arrived. A very kind gesture indeed.
Tibag is a highly professional, dedicated, and goal-oriented company. The open day for the rental apartments in the Nebikon suburb was a complete success, and the collaboration was very pleasant. We look forward to another joint project.
Bad service: Even if a callback is promised, you can wait days until someone from Tibag even calls back.
