We rented an apartment from this management company. When we handed over the apartment, I was shocked by the condition it was in. Apparently, the lady had no idea what cleanliness meant and transferred us a small amount to clean the kitchen. After moving in, we found more and more dirt and vermin in every nook and cranny. And then there was this washing machine in the basement, covered in slime and mold. The response was that we were being too meticulous, that a few bacteria were healthy. Our "antique" oven was replaced after much back and forth. We learned from the technician that BCC Suisse would replace all defective appliances with old ones they had in storage. When one day the plants we had bought from our balcony were stolen without any notification (on behalf of the management), we decided to move out. When we handed over the apartment, the lady even felt like she was making trouble for us. Be careful, dubious, unfriendly.
