The Hire Guys have been the best rental car company to deal with in all my years of renting cars. From the booking process to picking the car up, to dropping the car back at the airport; it was all very simple and smooth. When we did have a question, David answered our email and phone queries quickly, all the while keeping his good humour. We will absolutely book with The Hire Guys again on our next trip to Switzerland!
This is a fantastic service that was a genuine pleasure to use. It was great value for money compared to the mainstream rental providers, and their automated process for pick-up and drop off is really straightforward and well communicated. They're also available by email for any one-off questions or clarifications. Car was great too! And I even enjoyed the train journey to/from Netstal. Will definitely come back to use them again next time.
The Hire Guys are great car rental. True the cars are not new, but they are in good condition. In the end from price perspective it is cheaper than most of the car rentals in Switzerland. We had very good experience and got answers on all questions. Will be great if you may have in the future some big size SUV`s like Landcruiser, Rangerover etc. Process of rental was simple and straight forward. Will use Hire Guys services in the future.
Very positive experience. Everything is totally automated, so you don't have to worry about scheduled appointments and long waiting times. Cars are just right: used but in perfect conditions, decently equipped, reasonably priced. No bells and whistles, but that's on purpose, and for those you can easily pay a lot more at any other car rental around. Support service is super responsive and really showing they care about customer satisfaction. Super recommended!
Have rented / leased the car for over 2 years now. Great car, and great service. Never had any issues that were not resolved quickly. Best price in Switzerland. When my family visits, they even rent from The Hire Guys too. Less than half the price for a month rental compared to other companies.
