It is regrettable that I must share my experience with Keller, but I feel obligated to warn you about what I believe to be potentially questionable business practices. During my interaction with a third party, I learned that the presumed owner recorded private conversations without the consent of those involved (and on private property). This, in my opinion, highly unethical conduct raises serious concerns regarding privacy. The trust a company inspires should be paramount. Such behavior in private matters makes me seriously doubt how trustworthy and professional this company could be in any business dealings. Given these obvious shortcomings and ethical concerns, I strongly advise against using this company's services. I recommend that everyone steer clear of them. The mere possibility of private conversations being recorded without consent is unacceptable and makes this company absolutely unacceptable to me personally. ... I hope my review helps you make your decision and that you choose a different, more trustworthy construction planning company. PS: The people who were recorded without their consent feel extremely harassed by Mr. Keller and hope never to have such an experience again. Furthermore, we hope that Mr. Keller will delete these recordings or, at the very least, not make them publicly available, and that an apology or something similar will follow.
