My request included a some customisation, and Mr Frei was able to take my designs in sketchup files and quickly quote on the complete job. The railing was delivered exactly to specification and according to the drawings. Everything for the installation was included as promised, and the installation went far faster than I expected. We installed the railing yesterday. Installation took just under two hours. Everything is exactly as we wanted: top quality, great price, short delivery time, and very user-friendly assembly instructions! The toolbox is excellent; we highly recommend ordering it as well!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with geländerXpress.ch. From the very first contact, I dealt with friendly, helpful, and competent staff (I had a few special requests and questions). I also made use of the measuring kit and the assembly kit. Even though I probably had enough tools myself, having every conceivable aid and utensil available in top quality and neatly organized in a box was incredibly convenient. The railing was delivered early in the morning around 7 a.m. on the agreed-upon day. The quality is excellent, and everything fit perfectly. I highly recommend this company.
