July 24, 2025, 4:05 PM, Luterbach interchange, construction zone. The employee of this company seems to have no clue about traffic rules. They tailgate even when they don't have the right of way. Pure selfishness to get there 10 seconds earlier! After the incident with us, they continue driving with a gap of approximately 3 meters to the vehicle in front. Does this behavior reflect the quality and customer service of this company?
On July 8, 2025, I parked next to a building that formerly housed the Arn company. There was no signage indicating that parking was prohibited or that the parking zone was a fee-based zone. An elderly gentleman (gray hair, glasses) approached me and, without saying a word, rudely handed me an envelope containing a photo of my car and a payment request for 5 CHF. He didn't explain the reason or who he was. I tried to speak to him calmly and politely, but he simply turned around and walked away without comment. Later, I spotted him hiding in a white Mercedes. I gave him back the envelope and added 10 CHF – despite his completely disrespectful behavior. Although the company is no longer officially located there, they apparently continue to collect fees, without any notice or communication. A very unpleasant and questionable experience. ``` July 9, 2025 The envelope handed to me by a gentleman—albeit in a somewhat inappropriate tone—beared the name of your company. So, is there possibly a misunderstanding or an error here?
I think it's a real shame that emails aren't read. You wait in vain for a reply. As the saying goes, no reply is still a reply.
Well, what can I say? The only good thing was that someone was there. A complete disaster. The heating still doesn't work, and the technician has no idea what's wrong. I can only advise against it.
