The concept and products are great. However, the sales system leaves the tradesperson who does all the work with the smallest slice of the pie. In short, it's very, very expensive, and this isn't the tradesperson's fault, but rather under the guise of a 20 or 25-year warranty, provided it's installed according to Prefa's specifications.
The support provided by Mr. Baumann as the client was very good; I felt well advised and treated fairly.
