Incredibly unprofessional! The website clearly states: Opening from 8:00 AM. Right on the door, there's also a large sign that says "Open Mon-Fri from 8:00 AM." If that's what it says there, you'd expect the branch to actually open at 8:00 AM. I arrived three minutes before 8:00 AM. At 8:00 AM: nothing. No movement, no reaction, no information. I waited for over ten minutes – the door remained locked, and no one showed up. What's the point of this? If you communicate fixed opening hours, you have to stick to them. Anything else is simply disrespectful to customers who plan their time and arrive on time. This kind of behavior is chaotic and completely unprofessional. Either the opening hours are correct – or they need to be adjusted. But simply leaving customers standing in front of a locked door is unacceptable.
I paid all my bills today, but the nice lady forgot to enter one invoice! This is the second time this has happened, and the first time I received a reminder because I didn't check! Today I noticed it immediately! I want to speak to the manager of this post office right away!!!
I always go there when I drop off my Ricardo packages at the post office. The first time, everything was fine. I was approached by a woman who helped me pack them. This time, I was approached by an older man who was very unfriendly. Of course, it was after work between 5 and 6 pm, but when else are you supposed to go if you're working full-time?! He said he didn't have time for me and that I should watch the line of customers. Seriously?! Sure, I can prepare the packages myself at the packing table (they weren't in boxes yet, but the address labels were already there), but last time the woman also helped me with the packing material (which I had provided), and the employee wouldn't hear of it. I left the branch with the packages. Very dissatisfied.
The employees are always cheerful. They have a great sense of humor and are very helpful. Whenever I need to go to the post office, I always go to the post office in Niederwangen.
How confused are some of the comments here? Change your mindset and treat people kindly and respectfully. Postal workers aren't obligated to help people pack packages. #packyourself
Very unfriendly staff! They greet you (if at all) only very briefly. Not helpful. Except for the apprentice. He is very friendly.
