Amazing and professional experience! I ordered a set of wheels, they were delivered in time and in 30min i was out with the new set.
Awesome service. Super flexible appointments, I had an insurance event conflicting with an appointment, but I was able to reschedule over WhatsApp. When the appointment came, they knew who I was, directed me to a stall, and by the time I sat down in the waiting room, an espresso was waiting for me. This is how customer service should look like in 2025. Thanks Kevin and team, keep up the good job!
Make sure you review that you have everything you are suppose to have after a service! Since 2023 that I am going there the change my tiers, from winter to summer and vice versa. never was questioned about the screws of the the car tires. Today they stated they were different and they couldnt find the ones they claim they five back on the last time I went there. I explain to them that after they change them I go straight home and place the non used ones in my garage place and never realized there were any screws. They claim they always out it in the replacement tire compartment. Obviously if there are different ones for mine they forgot to give them back on the last time I went there. Even this said they claimed that I couldnt prove that so now I need to buy new screws to be able to exchange the car tires for the summer ones...just ridiculous when a company isn't able to assume a mistake they have done. Just wish that this review will be seen by the company owner since the employees have no Customer orientation ate all and are more than happy to loose a customer because of peanuts... you should do better.
Friendly team, fair prices and very professional. Even offers storage of tires for new customers for free for 1 season. Offers online reservation for hassle-free visit. Absolutely recommended.
Great place, friendly personnel. Took me up right away, even though I had no appointment. They found the leak on my tire and fixed it in a very short time. They didn't even mind my broken German. I will gladly go back.
