The worst company ever! Order placed on February 3rd, not fulfilled on February 21st. We couldn't get our moving truck up because the post hadn't been removed! Emergency removal costs 150 CHF excluding VAT, plus a considerable wait! Absolutely outrageous! Stay away from this company!
At our building at Seefeldstrasse 17 in Lucerne, a Mr. Jawad cleans the property, and I can only compliment him. Since he started, everything is always clean. He is very friendly and does his job well. Keep up the great work!

Unfortunately, in our department, only the bare minimum is being done, and it seems as though no more time or resources are available. This is a shame, of course, as I think that with a little more commitment or better organization, a significantly better result could be achieved.
