I've used this service many times. They simply can't seem to scan packages correctly and print a receipt. It's always the same problem, and I never know if the package has actually been scanned or not because they don't get confirmation from their scanner and aren't even sure themselves! It's either a hardware problem or they don't know how to do it. The cashiers always seem helpless and overwhelmed when they have to scan a shipment. It's not confidence-inspiring. I've even had to take photos of expensive packages with my phone as proof of delivery. Please offer this service reliably or not at all. Thank you.
