In connection with a new construction project, significant defects, including structural deficiencies, were discovered after completion. These defects were reported repeatedly. A sustainable and transparently coordinated approach to rectifying the defects has not yet been demonstrated. Particularly in the role of the responsible site manager, a professionally structured management of the necessary measures and clear communication would have been expected. From our perspective, the professional coordination and defect management revealed significant shortcomings. Unfortunately, the impression of professional and solution-oriented site management was not achieved in this case. With a new building, both defect-free construction and adequate after-sales support are to be expected. This expectation was not met here. Therefore, we cannot recommend this project.
