We have had recurring problems with this company and the building they constructed for several years. Due to significant construction defects, water is penetrating the building envelope and causing ongoing damage. Despite repeated promises from BSR (Berlin's waste management company), no effective measures have yet been taken. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company.
My experience with this company has been disappointing. In my opinion, the construction work had several defects, including leaks and sloppy installation. I also found the communication to be disorganized. Damages are only repaired slowly and unsatisfactorily. I cannot recommend them!
BSR Baumanagement impresses with its professionalism, adherence to deadlines, and top-quality work. Communication was always transparent, and our wishes were perfectly implemented. A clear recommendation for reliable construction project management!
