We had a custom-made floor mat for the kitchen, and the result really surprised us in a positive way. The quality seems excellent, the price is fair, and the consultation was exceptionally attentive and competent. We felt well taken care of and that our needs were respected. I specially ordered two labeling guns from Switzerland for 19 francs each. The first one was defective after one use. I was then told on the phone that I must have done something wrong and that this had never happened before—there is no warranty. ——— Note on this post👆🏻: After this review, I received an email saying that the gun would be replaced if I deleted the review... Gun replaced. Review updated truthfully + and increased by 2 stars!!!
