Westhive — Hardturmstrasse 161, 8005 Zürich, Switzerland

Traveling through Zurich, this was a great place to get some work done. Quiet, good WiFi, busy but with plenty of seats. Everyone is respectful of their fellow coworkers. The community manager Shpetim was very friendly and incredibly helpful when I arrived. I definitely recommend the day pass for any fellow digital hobos passing through this part of Switzerland.

The coworking space is fantastic! As far as I know, it's the only one in Zurich which provides monitors. Plus the space is nice, with lots of natural light and a great atmosphere. It's never too crowded and there are phone boxes for meetings which is also great! The only thing I don't like is that they don't provide a microwave, so you basically can't bring your own food for lunch, which is especially upsetting for people with special food requirements... It feels like they do it so that people use their restaurant :(

An inspiring space well located. It has a canteen with friendly staff who offer delicious food and great coffee. Overall there’s a handful of startups, but it’s mostly filled with corporate innovation departments. The price of the space is questionable with details such as WiFi just not being on par with other co-working spaces.

I tried Westhive for the first time here in Zürich whilst traveling. This is an excellent place for work. The internet is fantastic! there are enough telephone cabins. You have external monitors to plug into your laptop. Restaurants are in the same building. Absolutely top offer - short term or long term. Very close to town and public transport is within 100 Meters. After a short introduction I was up and working within 5 minutes with a free coffee :-) PS: Thanks to Bergitta for the quick tour of the building.
