I also stumbled upon this butcher shop by chance while driving by. They have very good cervelas, Vienna sausages, and raw bacon; the grilled meats are also superb. We'll gladly come back next time we're passing through.

Good blood sausage and liverwurst, terrine and gold dimples... Absolutely delicious! It's wonderful to see that my uncle and aunt Emmi's family still own the business and that it's doing well.
Experienced on July 4, 2015: Very friendly service – with genuine passion and palpable enthusiasm for the quality of the food. A great deal of creativity in the display case, perfectly aged côtes de boeuf (ribeye steak), original ham spirals, the finest raw bacon, and "pizza meatloaf" that the whole family loved!
There's something for everyone in the newly remodeled butcher shop, with the finest products offered by very friendly staff. A visit is definitely worthwhile, a "must" for every gourmet and their friends.
