I went to view a rental property twice – both times with disappointing results. No one showed up for the first appointment, supposedly due to a misunderstanding. The second time, the appointment was confirmed for 8 a.m., but the colleague on site was told 9 a.m. – completely unprofessional. I work in the real estate industry myself and can honestly say that I will avoid this company in the future, both personally and professionally. Such treatment of prospective tenants is unacceptable.
Very disappointing experience with this company. We miss our old caretaker! Garden/maintenance and repair = Inconsiderate and rather unsatisfactory. We've only had cold water and no heating in the property for the past three days. Dosim was on-site and, according to today's phone call, summoned the specialists, stating that their job was done. I reported the problem to the management again so that something could finally be done!!! I tried to contact the supposedly hired specialists. To no avail; we have no direct knowledge!!! I recommend every property management company to eliminate this maintenance company due to their lack of responsibility. Hot water/heating problems are usually dealt with quickly, but that can't be said for the current situation! Very poor management. Responsibility means a lot more than that!
Unfortunately, this company has only deteriorated. During a private cleaning job, I was first lied to by the employees, then an incorrect number of hours was recorded. When I reported this to management, the responsible person made me an unprofessional offer, offered no apology, and handled legitimate complaints unprofessionally. I suspect that the company is systematically defrauding its customers.
Attention tenants with small children: Items thrown from the balcony by children must be retrieved IMMEDIATELY, otherwise you will never see them again because they end up in the garbage bag, no matter what they are!
A quick, superficial clean – then half an hour spent in the car staring at their phone. In the stairwell, they only clean where they can see directly; the rest is left untouched. Mopping the floor is a foreign concept. Unbelievable!
