It's a place of well-being, we are very well served, there are great group classes, always open, free parking, always very clean, the owners are very friendly, good aftercare, great fitness equipment, great cross-country room, superb view of the Alps and forest. It's simply fantastic. Come and visit whenever you want!!!
It helped me pursue my dreams. It's a good fitness center; the owner is friendly and the instructors are cool. They're ready to help you and they don't criticize you. I recommend going, especially because Lucinda is one of the best instructors; she encourages you to try new things.
