Terrible experience. They claim the material can be returned without any problem. Then they come up with their terms and conditions, saying it's not possible. Everything was prepaid, and the credit balance (around €3,000) still hasn't been refunded five months later. Outrageous! Luckily, there are plenty of competitors…
I delivered there with the truck and was served immediately and very friendly.
The only annoying thing is when you've loaded 19 out of 20 pallets, and then a private customer arrives and you have to wait until they're served. (My last pallet was already on the forklift.)
Super friendly, helpful staff with a wealth of knowledge in their field. It's great, it makes work fun.
