I recently ordered slim hangers from Hangly.ch and I'm thrilled with the whole experience. Ordering through the website was seamless, delivery was super fast (within 3 days), and the items were well-packaged. The hangers are truly slim, space-saving, and non-slip thanks to their coating, allowing me to fit more clothes in my closet without anything slipping or getting creased. Perfect for shirts, dresses, and jackets – they look high-quality and are very sturdy.
I placed an order on October 17, 2025. The automatic order confirmation arrived immediately, and the website seems to be working perfectly. However, customer service is not: I received no response to several emails and chat attempts. After about a month without a reply, I tried contacting them by phone. My call went unanswered, but I was later called back from a mobile number. I was informed that the order was ready and that they only had one follow-up question – as if my call had been necessary for that. After I answered the question, I was assured that the goods would arrive the next day. Today, another month later, nothing has arrived. I have since requested a cancellation, but – as many others here have reported – I probably shouldn't expect any response or confirmation. Luckily, we ordered on account and haven't paid yet. Overall, the process is disappointing and, in my opinion, not trustworthy.
In August, I placed an order for new first-aid supplies for the school where I work. In October, I inquired because I hadn't received a shipping confirmation or the items themselves. I was told the order would be processed and shipped. It's now early November, and I still haven't received anything. My request to cancel the order has gone unanswered. Incredibly frustrating.
Goods were ordered and paid for on August 26, 2025, but nothing has been received. There was no response to emails. I then contacted them several times via shop chat and apparently there were delivery delays because an item was not available, but they don't think it's necessary to inform customers about this. They then said that the goods would be shipped the next day. A week later I wrote again that the goods had not been delivered. They then said that they had contacted the delivery service but had not received a response from Planzer. I then asked for the tracking number and was told in the chat that the tracking number would be sent immediately. I have been waiting for this tracking number since September 26, 2025 and the goods still have not arrived. The shop should be closed and the company liquidated.
ATTENTION! I ordered an item at the end of September. The purchase stated that the item was available and would be shipped within 1-3 days. It's now November 1st, 2021, and the item hasn't arrived. Two emails have gone unanswered, and no one is answering the phone...
Potential fraud. Goods paid for but never received!
