Lot of staff but no real service. I ordered online for pickup in the store. My order was mixed up with another customer and had to wait for more than 30minutes for processing. Will keep buying online and from other store.
No customer service skills whatsover !! Needed help with computer equipment, no one around. went to the check out desk asking if there is anyone to help, the german guy didnt even look at me and asked for the next customer to come forward. to the owners of this shop, If you spend all this money having a shop with all this equipment to sell and no one to help customers asking for help to make decisions, dont be surprised when customers take their business elsewhere !!
When we came, no single employee was around. Even talking with another customer (trying to make ourselves noticed) didn’t help. We had to knock on staff’s door to get some attention. The information about the product wasn’t provided in full. It resulted for us in extra unexpected almost 200.- SFr and extra waiting time and extra stress, as we didn’t have the device ready for the first day of school (and it is REQUIRED to bring it to school, especially on the first day, when everything is set up for the whole year). Very frustrating experience.

I went shopping there on January 23, 2026, and unfortunately, the vacuum cleaner was defective from the start.
