A great garage with good craftsmen. The only Saab shop, far and wide!

Unfortunately, the garage never responded to my inquiry. Two emails = no reply! One phone call = I was promised a callback, but I've been waiting for 10 days for a response = still no response! Very disappointing and not at all customer-oriented. I don't need them and will shop elsewhere.
I had minor damage to the side mirror of my rental car. I received an incomplete and unlawful invoice (without an itemized breakdown) according to Swiss Code of Obligations Art. 374, and politely requested a corrected invoice with an itemized breakdown. Now, without providing a proper invoice and without contacting me, the garage has initiated debt collection proceedings for over CHF 400.00 more than the original invoice amount! Furthermore, I reported the person who caused the damage to the insurance company. Yet, the debt collection is being handled through me?! Outrageous! Avoid them at all costs! Extremely unprofessional!
I haven't received a response; my request was probably forgotten, even though the secretary was nice. I gave one star, pending a higher rating if I receive a reply. Following your explanation and apology, which I accept, I'm revising my review so as not to penalize you. Nobody's perfect; we all make mistakes! But how can I rate you since we haven't had any contact? I'll give you four stars because you're probably a good person... you even "dared" to apologize! PS: Remember one thing: If you're comfortable, don't build a higher wall, build a longer table ;)
Garage used to be much better. Since so many members left, the quality has noticeably declined. What I find particularly disappointing is that instead of taking criticism seriously, negative reviews are dismissed as "bought" or "nonsense" and even reported as spam. Constructive criticism is essential for improvement and development.
