Attention! Attention! Attention!!!!! Regarding the apartment deposit: They are renovating the apartments at Trottengasse 6, Holderbank, at the tenants' expense. Low rents, but then the utility bill arrives with a back payment of over €2000 for renovations and painting work, even though not mentioned in the handover protocol, added after digital signature. Stay away from this management company; as a property owner, you won't do yourself any favors with such a management company.
I've known this real estate company for over 10 years and can highly recommend them because everyone is friendly and gives good advice on solutions and progress. I learn everything quite quickly and communication is completely successful.

In my career as a real estate professional, I have never experienced a worse property management company than Tivag Immobilien AG. A property manager should act as a neutral party, but Tivag Immobilien AG never acted neutrally in a particular case. They did not work objectively and always spoke in favor of the other party. Furthermore, the responsible person was never reachable, and you never received a response. If you did manage to get through to someone, they laughed in your face. I see no customer service here.
Since the sole property manager on staff resigned, there seems to be no competent professional left at this property. Problems and complaints are passed on to the apprentice. Correspondence, whether by phone or in writing, is fobbed off or ignored. The contact is generally very unfriendly. In general, the tone of this property is disrespectful, insulting, arrogant, listless, and disinterested.
