I placed an order online at renovero.ch for a new parquet floor for my in-laws. Among many other companies, Fritz Jakob contacted me. Since the price was very fair and I had a good feeling about them, I called them directly. Mrs. Jakob greeted me very warmly on the phone and provided expert advice. Although it was approaching the holidays, they offered me the opportunity to come and view a suitable parquet floor, which I was subsequently able to do, even though the store was officially closed that day. The store was beautiful, tidy, and had a large selection – simply a fantastic impression. My partner and I were greeted by Mr. and Mrs. Jakob, both very friendly and welcoming people. They patiently advised us, and we were ultimately able to choose a beautiful parquet floor. Since it had to appeal to my in-laws, we were able to take a sample home with us. It's also worth mentioning that they place great emphasis on quality and, above all, the origin of the wood – no wood from Brazil or China. The store was beautiful and well-organized, with a large selection – simply no wood from Brazil or China. After my in-laws gave their approval, the job was completed on time and perfectly. Mr. Jakob even called to check on our satisfaction afterward, which was, of course, absolutely excellent. Thank you, Mr. and Mrs. Jakob, for proving that there are still reliable Swiss craftsmen like you can hope for.
