A very pleasant phone call with an explanation of how we could bring our collected tin over the years to the body shop. They would weigh it, take samples, etc. Today we brought it in, waited two hours on site, and our goods weighed over 100 kg. The response on site: there wouldn't be a single franc!! What a bottomless rip-off! Never again, be careful with this company, it's really unfair. I hope that at least some of the proceeds from our goods will be used for community purposes; it would have benefited a cantonal foundation working with youth.
I hired them and found the staff to be professional and very helpful. I was surprised by their helpfulness and kindness, even though my German was poor. I didn't have to wait for the documents, and in the office, I found them helpful and very courteous and kind. Congratulations.

The skip hire service is a disaster. I was frequently transferred on the phone, and the skip didn't arrive for two days in a row despite prior notification. We suffered financial losses due to downtime on the construction site. The customer is clearly not their priority.
Very poor customer service. Transferred several times. Then I was transferred to a gentleman who was extremely rude and asked which employee gave me this number. No thanks.
